Bring the Warmth of Sable on Oak Into Your Home
Choosing the right finish for your custom furniture is an intentional process. Seeing how a color interacts with your home's unique lighting, wall colors, and existing decor makes all the difference. Our Sable on Oak sample allows you to experience this beautiful finish firsthand before making your decision.
Sable is a balanced, medium brown finish designed to highlight the natural character of solid oak. With its soft undertones, it emphasizes the organic texture and distinctive grain patterns inherent to oak wood. It is a versatile and enduring tone that pairs thoughtfully with a wide range of interior styles, from classic to contemporary.
Thoughtfully Crafted Samples
Each sample is crafted from the same solid oak we use to build our furniture, ensuring you get an accurate representation of the wood's natural texture and how it takes the finish. We recommend placing the sample in different areas of your room throughout the day to see how the morning sun and evening lamplight bring out its warm, inviting character.

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
