However, each sample box includes a unique discount code that covers the cost of the samples, which can be applied towards your furniture purchase. We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your choice, so this discount makes it easier to move forward with your custom order.

Samples typically arrive within 3 business days using a third-party parcel service. Once your sample has shipped from our shop, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

James & James is an American furniture brand founded in 2011 in Springdale, Arkansas. We design and build custom furniture in our Arkansas woodshop, using solid American hardwoods — knotty alder, red oak, and black walnut. Every piece is made to order, fully customizable in size, stain, and finish, and built to be passed down for generations.
