Vivien Side Table - Espresso on Oak
Vivien Side Table - Espresso on Oak
Custom, American Hardwood Furniture
A Quiet, Intentional Companion for Your Living Space
The spaces beside our favorite chairs, sofas, or beds are where we wind down, place our morning coffee, or rest a favorite book at the end of the day. The Vivien Side Table, measuring 24 inches, is designed to bring a quiet, intentional presence to these comforting corners of your home. With its balanced proportions and thoughtful design, it serves as a functional anchor for your daily routines.
Solid Oak in a Rich Espresso Finish
We select solid oak for its enduring strength and prominent, expressive grain patterns. Finished in our deep, rich Espresso tone, the wood's natural character is allowed to shine through, offering a refined warmth that complements both classic and transitional interiors. This finish highlights the unique story of the wood, ensuring that your table carries its own distinct character and natural beauty.
Thoughtful Proportions for Everyday Living
At a versatile 24" size, the Vivien Side Table fits comfortably alongside a variety of seating arrangements or serves beautifully as a handsome bedside companion. It provides a stable, reliable surface for a reading lamp, a warm cup of tea, or cherished family photographs. Built by hand, this table is designed to withstand the natural rhythms of daily life, from keys placed down in a hurry to quiet moments of gathering with family.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
