James & James is an American furniture brand founded in 2011 in Springdale, Arkansas. We design and build custom furniture in our Arkansas woodshop, using solid American hardwoods — knotty alder, red oak, and black walnut. Every piece is made to order, fully customizable in size, stain, and finish, and built to be passed down for generations.

"These chairs are everything I had hoped they would be when wanted US made, solid wood chairs! Expertly crafted, comfortable, and beautiful. Added bonus: the paint (I got black) is easy to wipe down if someone spills. I was nervous to buy something so expensive without seeing them in person but they exceeded my expectations!"

Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
