A Quiet, Thoughtful Presence
The spaces where we unwind at the end of the day deserve furniture that feels both grounded and intentional. The Floating Top End Table is designed to bring a balanced, refined presence to your living room, reading nook, or bedside. With its unique floating top design, it offers a light, airy aesthetic without sacrificing the sturdy, enduring quality of solid wood.
Solid Oak in a Warm Oat Finish
We craft this end table from solid oak, selected for its prominent, expressive grain patterns and natural strength. Finished in our gentle Oat tone, the wood's character is allowed to shine through, offering a soft warmth that complements both classic and modern interiors. This finish highlights the unique story of the oak, ensuring your table is a one-of-a-kind addition to your home.
Designed for Everyday Living
This table is thoughtfully proportioned to fit comfortably alongside a favorite armchair or at the end of a sofa. It provides an ideal resting spot for a morning cup of coffee, a treasured book, or a warm reading lamp. Handcrafted to order, the Floating Top End Table is built to withstand the natural rhythms of daily life, serving as a functional and beautiful companion for years to come.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
