Fern Dining Table - Satin
Fern Dining Table - Satin
Custom, American Hardwood Furniture
The dining table is the heart of the home—a place where morning coffee transitions into afternoon homework, and quiet family dinners turn into long conversations with friends. The Fern Dining Table, handcrafted with a satin finish, brings a thoughtful, balanced presence to your dining room. Designed with a clean, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic, it honors the natural beauty of solid wood while offering a functional centerpiece for your daily routines.
Thoughtful Design & Honest Materials
Each Fern Dining Table is built to order from solid white oak hardwood, chosen for its strength and beautiful, prominent grain patterns. This table is intentionally sized to fit comfortably in smaller dining spaces, breakfast nooks, or open-concept apartments without sacrificing the room needed for shared meals and gathered moments.
Crafted for Everyday Living
Our furniture makers focus on the details that matter. The satin finish protects the wood while highlighting its organic character, ensuring the table is ready for the realities of everyday life. Rather than hiding the natural variations of the white oak, we celebrate them, making each table a unique piece of furniture that grows more familiar and beloved over the years.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
