Vivien Sofa Table - Almond on Oak
Vivien Sofa Table - Almond on Oak
Custom, American Hardwood Furniture
Order real wood and fabric swatches to see how each finish looks in your space, lighting, and style before you commit.
A sofa table should do more than occupy the space behind seating. The Vivien Sofa Table brings a warm wood element and a useful surface to the room, helping an entry, hallway, or living area feel composed without feeling overly arranged.
Almond on Solid Oak
This version is handcrafted from solid oak and finished in Almond. The lighter warm tone lets the oak's distinctive grain and natural variation take the lead, giving each made-to-order table a character that cannot be replicated exactly.
Thoughtful Utility for Home
Use the Vivien for a pair of lamps, books, collected objects, or the small practical things that deserve a proper place. Its clean profile provides visual order while allowing the surrounding furniture and the life of the room to remain the focus.
Solid Wood, Handcrafted to Order
James & James builds each Vivien Sofa Table with care for the material and a preference for enduring design. It is a solid-wood piece made for regular use and a lasting place in the home.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
