Every home has those transition spaces—behind a sofa, along a hallway, or welcoming guests in the entryway—that deserve a thoughtful touch. The Floating Top Sofa Table is designed to bring both purpose and warmth to these areas, serving as a natural gathering point for family photos, cherished heirlooms, or a place to set down a morning cup of coffee.
Thoughtful Design, Built for Living
Crafted by hand, this sofa table features a distinctive floating top design that balances clean, modern lines with a warm, grounded feel. The solid alder wood construction showcases the natural character of the grain, finished in our inviting Harvest Wheat tone. This finish highlights the unique knots and organic patterns inherent in the wood, ensuring that your table is a unique addition to your home. The floating top design creates a subtle visual lightness, making it an excellent fit for both open spaces and narrower hallways.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."

Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
