A Quiet Balance of Form and Function
Every living space needs a dedicated spot for the quiet moments of the day—a place to rest a morning cup of coffee, set down a favorite book, or display a treasured keepsake. The Floating Top End Table brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to your favorite seating area. Designed to sit comfortably alongside an armchair or at the edge of a sofa, it offers a beautiful balance of utility and refined design.
The Warmth of Almond on Solid Oak
We craft this end table from solid oak, selected for its enduring strength and prominent, expressive grain patterns. Finished in our warm Almond tone, the wood's natural character is allowed to shine through, offering a soft, inviting look that complements both classic and modern interiors. The unique floating top design creates a subtle shadow line, giving the table a light, airy feel while maintaining the sturdy, grounded presence of solid wood construction.
Thoughtful Proportions for Everyday Living
This end table is intentionally proportioned to fit naturally into your home without crowding the room. It provides just the right amount of surface area for daily routines while showcasing the honest beauty of natural hardwood. Built by hand using time-honored techniques, it is designed to withstand the rhythms of daily life, from busy family afternoons to quiet evenings in.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
