Honest Materials, Handcrafted Quality
We build the Audrey Desk from solid alder, a hardwood chosen for its smooth grain and enduring character. Finished in our warm Harvest Wheat tone, the natural beauty of the wood grain is allowed to shine through, offering a gentle, inviting texture to your workspace. As part of our Heritage Collection, each desk is made to order by skilled furniture makers who understand that true quality lies in the details of construction and finish.
- Wood Species: Solid Alder, known for its refined grain and reliable strength.
- Finish: Harvest Wheat, a warm, natural tone that highlights the wood's organic character.
- Storage: Built-in drawers for seamless organization.
At James & James, we believe the furniture you work at should be as enduring as the ideas you create there. The Audrey Desk is more than just a place to put a laptop; it is a thoughtful addition to your home, crafted to serve your family for years to come.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
