A Sanctuary of Quiet Character
The bedroom is the quiet anchor of the home—a personal retreat where the day begins and ends in comfort. Handcrafted from solid alder wood, the Olivia Bed in our warm Harvest Wheat finish brings an enduring sense of calm and natural character to your space. With its classic silhouette and thoughtful details, this bed is designed to be a comforting centerpiece for your daily routines and a peaceful haven for years to come.
Thoughtful Design and Handcrafted Details
Defined by four beautifully turned Olivia-style posts, this platform bed balances traditional charm with clean, functional lines. The rich Harvest Wheat finish highlights the natural grain and unique character of the solid alder, ensuring your bed is a one-of-a-kind piece of furniture. Built in a Full size, it offers a comfortable, space-conscious footprint that fits beautifully into guest rooms or smaller bedrooms without sacrificing the commanding presence of a well-made wooden bed.
To ensure lasting comfort and structural integrity, the Olivia Bed includes a robust, built-in slat support system. This thoughtful design provides a stable, reliable foundation for your mattress, eliminating the need for a traditional box spring. Every joint, post, and slat is crafted with care, reflecting our commitment to honest materials and time-honored furniture-making techniques.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
