Every chair is made to order and can be customized in your preferred hand-brushed finish color. Crafted entirely from solid maple hardwood, then hand-sealed to protect the grain and enhance natural character. The piece arrives fully assembled, ready for immediate use around your table. Variations in tone, knots, and figure attest to the authenticity of real wood and make each chair one of a kind.

For daily care of your maple hardwood chair, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth to maintain a clean surface. When necessary, use water and a wood-safe cleaning product for a deeper clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals, as they can deteriorate the finish and potentially damage the wood. Be sure to dry the chair immediately after cleaning to prevent moisture damage.

We strongly believe that your delivery experience should match the quality of our product. All James & James orders ship with White Glove delivery as we are committed to providing the most premium delivery experience.

Please note: Our dining chairs are not drop-ship items. Whether ordered individually or alongside other furniture, they will first arrive at our woodshop for final quality checks before being shipped. If ordered with additional James & James products, they will be delivered together.

We believe craftsmen should stand behind their products. That’s why we promise: 

  1. If your item(s) isn’t delivered in the correct color, size (after allowing for our 1” variance), or style that you ordered, we will replace it.  
  2. If your item(s) arrives damaged and the damage is noted upon the delivery paperwork, we will evaluate the damage and at our discretion either repair or replace some or all of the product that is damaged.  
  3. If your item(s) ever unnaturally cracks or splits, we’ll fix or replace it as indicated in our warranty.
