While most James & James pieces are made to order, we’ve hand-selected a few of our most popular designs to offer pre-built and ready to ship.

This chair arrives fully assembled and is crafted from high-quality maple hardwood by a trusted USA-based partner. While our dining tables are built in-house, this collaboration ensures each chair meets our standards for durability and craftsmanship.

Due to natural variations in wood, chair and table finishes may not match exactly, but the chair finish is thoughtfully chosen to complement your table’s stain.

To preserve the beauty of your piece for years to come, we recommend cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive products, as they can compromise the finish and damage the surface. Always use trivets or coasters beneath hot or wet items to protect against heat and moisture.

For lasting quality, place your furniture in a stable indoor environment, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations. Each piece is crafted for indoor living and is not suited for outdoor use.

We strongly believe that your delivery experience should match the quality of our product. All James & James orders ship with White Glove delivery as we are committed to providing the most premium delivery experience.

We believe craftsmen should stand behind their products. That’s why we promise: 

  1. If your item(s) isn’t delivered in the correct color, size (after allowing for our 1” variance), or style that you ordered, we will replace it.  
  2. If your item(s) arrives damaged and the damage is noted upon the delivery paperwork, we will evaluate the damage and at our discretion either repair or replace some or all of the product that is damaged.  
  3. If your item(s) ever unnaturally cracks or splits, we’ll fix or replace it as indicated in our warranty.
